the trade day,

monday 1 march is the trade day: 10:00 to 16:00, free entrance for vetted professionals and horeca. quieter than the public day, built for the conversations a busy floor doesn't allow. and on sunday, an early professionals-only tasting hour before the doors open to everyone.

sun 13:00–18:15festival opens to all. food court & oyster bar continue till 22:00.
