the trade hour,
then the floor.
trade entry opens at 12:00 — a quiet hour with every winemaker on their table before the consumer crowd arrives. after 13:00 the festival opens; your badge stays on for the full day.

12:00–13:00industry-only tasting hour. every winemaker on the floor. no queues.
13:00festival opens to the public. trade badge keeps full access.
14:00–17:00workshops & masterclasses. seats first come first served.
18:15tasting ends. food court & oyster bar continue till 22:00.

printed bottle list
every wine on every table — producer, importer, contact.

somewhere to sit, write, get a coffee. badges and intros handled there.
